Cooking directions for frozen orders:

  • Pre-heat the oven at 450ºF;
  • Set the frozen empanadas on a metal tray at a distance of 1 inch from each other;
  • Bake the empanadas for 10-15 minutes until the dough turns golden-brown. Cooking time may vary for each oven. Set oven shelf at medium-high height for best results.
  • Take the empanadas out of the oven, place them on a serving plate or tray, and cover them with a paper towel. Let the empanadas rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Note: Keep in the freezer those empanadas that are not going to be used.
